Original files and EXIF data will be requested for winning entries, and any submission found to have violated the rules will be disqualified.

This usage includes any TMPA media, including publications by competition sponsors. All participants acknowledge and accept that the photographs they submit to the competition can be used for marketing, commercial, and promotional activities on various media platforms, including but not limited to print and social media, directly related sponsorsupported exhibitions, and in an unlimited high-resolution format. Participants agree not to seek additional compensation for participating in promotional activities related to the competition and for the use of their names and images for advertising and promotional purposes. The Administrator also reserves the right to use the photographs for brand collaborations based on agreements made within the scope of the competition. Participation in TMPA signifies clear acceptance of the current terms and conditions set forth by TMPA.
